Generate CNC programming and operate a milling machine

1. Demonstrate proficiency with G and M code Mill programming
2. Create a qualified CNC program, set up and operates CNC mill, change tool values as necessary, and replace and qualifies tooling as necessary
3. Set up and operate a Multi axis CNC Mill center
4. Demonstrate proper use of Tool Setter and Probe
5. Create basic Mill programs using a CAM software

Demonstrate CNC turning operations and operate a CNC lathe

1. Demonstrate proper setup using Jaw chucks, Collet chucks, and Tailstock.
2. Demonstrate proficiency with G and M code Lathe programming.
3. Operate a CNC lathe or turning center
4. Write programs using conversational programming software.
5. Create basic Lathe programs using a CAM software

Conduct general housekeeping and maintenance

1. Keep the duty station, tools, workbenches, and manual equipment clean and safe for work
