a. To provide orientation and familiarization for apprentices with the function of the technical metering unit and the work performed by meter electricians.

Each apprentice shall enroll in and attend classes in the trade for not less than four (4) hours weekly for a minimum of 144 hours per year during the term of apprenticeship.
